Есть такая трабла - есть вышеуказанный сервер. В него нужно достаточно срочно докупить проц. Т.к. железо достаточно старое - то говорят ждать 6-8 месяцев.
По сему вопрос:
Еслия возьму простой XEON от Intel, а не с HPшным лэйблом будут ли проблемы - крепления, размер радиатора и т.п. ???

А у меня теперь есть бумажка, что в ней написано не понимаю, но если смотреть по словарю, то переводится как marriage certificate ;)

Хм, давненько не писал...
Из новостей - работаю таки на новой работе, с 15 декабря. В ООО "Липецкие Кабельные Сети", Руководитель проекта интернет.
Долго решался, всё таки решился. Работы очень много, но очень интересная. Что касается оплаты - нормально (для Липецка на пока хватит). Также почти окончательно прояснился вопрос с еще одной будущей работой, но это только года через 1,5...
Также перед началом проекта позволил себе 10-ти дневный отпуск. Естественно опять в Таиланде. Об этом чуть подробнее и с фотками подкатом.

Только вчера вышел из отпуска, а дел на работе уже выше крыши - вот буду сегодня здесь до 4х утра тусить...

Но в принципе, вы… это… ну, немного далеки от народа. Вы, наверное, иногда не втыкаетесь, чего там другие чувствуют, чего хотят. Ваш парень не раз упрекал вас в холодности и закрытости. А вам-то че? Главное - карьера. Вы всегда все стараетесь делать сами – мол, без соплей скользко, сама справлюсь. Вообще, пацанов это напрягает – ну, когда девушка типа основная. Вы своему френду поплакались бы хоть разок в жилетку, он бы растаял, наверное, от счастья.

I'm finally home.
So my calendar for the past week(almost) was like this:
27-28 and 28-29 Boozing with Volodya at his place, with a short visit to Timofey and Elena in the middle. Reason for visit - boozing.
29-30 ![[info]](http://l-stat.livejournal.com/img/userinfo.gif) emilkin suddenly appeared to be visiting Lipetsk. So I had to cook pizza and drink beer with him at my place. Till 5 a.m.
30-31 hyoscyamus decided to upgrade his PC, and asked me to help him out. After the computer shop we were assembling new hardware and boozing with him and his lovely wife at his place. Overnight.
31-01 In morning hyoscyamus left for work. And I've traveled to the Gryazy, where Volodya was having rest at his summerhouse. So we were cooking Dom La Ma, then boozing with beer and cannabis.
01-02 We woke up at 1 p.m., decided to go to Lipetsk. After we arrived I was insisting to go home, but Volodya have made me to visit his place to "fix up his PC a bit". So boozing again, this time Whisky-Cola and Vodka-Cola were used. His wife also participated in the process. In the end we've smoked weed again.
Today - I managed to escape Volodya's flat early in the morning, and just till this time was having rest at my place.
BUT I've made a huge mistake - I've turned on my cell phone. half an hour later, I've received phone call from Yurets(Saturn), who said, that he will come, packed with beer shortly, cos he have some serious matters to discuss with me.
Guys !!!
I'm really f*$ked up !
Let me have some rest, I still have to attend boozing party at Timofey place on Saturday !!!!

After one year of struggle with a tooth, that was causing me troubles from time to time, I've finally visited dentist and removed it.
Aaaarghhh..... I HATE TEETH AND DENTISTS !!! I HATE TEETH AND DENTISTS !!! I HATE TEETH AND DENTISTS !!! I HATE TEETH AND DENTISTS !!! I HATE TEETH AND DENTISTS !!! (661 times more).
How in a world could mother nature invent such stupid and inconvenient thing as teeth ?
It would be much better to have something like Acid Food Melter (AFM) in my mouth instead of teeth (I won't be able to open beer bottles with it, but it doesn't matter - I always carry mobile phone and lighter for these purposes).
Ok, now that tooth is gone - so no probs now, but the process and especially prelude were really painful.
Another thing - today we've got first snow !
Actually, it has melted in a few hours - but it was nice. So looking forward for a winter !

Finally I bought Motorola V3i, cos there were not V360 in stock :)
Nice cell - I like it, however I can't listen to mp3, because there were no headphones in the package.
I've searched the whole town in order to find it, but I failed.
I could have produced them myself, but they should be connected to mini-USB and also have small amplifier inside, so it is too hard, I guess I'll have to order it from Moscow, which means 10 more days without mp3 :-E

I haven't written anything regarding my work for a very long time.
So here is a short update:
After becoming Geodis-Calberson Lipetsk IT Supervisor on 1st of July 2005, I successfully accomplished project implementation on the start of October.
Deadline was 1st of September, however there were a lot administrative issues, which were out of my scope of work, so in August the decision was made to push start-up date 1 month further.
Till the start of April everything was cool, I even managed to get two weeks vacation, which I've spent in Thailand.
However then problems started to appear, not in my scope of work again, but anyway influencing all Geodis people.
The reason behind them is that a few russian top managers of Indesit have lost significant part of their personal income, after post production warehousing was handed over to Geodis. Since it is public journal, I will not tell names or any details of those sabotage acts.
Anyway they succeed in their plans, and Italians decided to take post production activity back into Indesit hands.
But here Indesit has one "small" problem - their SAP system is not capable of handling warehouse of this kind and size. So agreement between Geodis and Indesit was made - as of 1st July of 2006 all activity are transferred back to Indesit, however till 1st of January(while they are developing additional SAP module) Geodis WMS system will be used to manage the stock.
All workers and external contracts are now transferred to Indesit. So Geodis people count are now below 10. Also it has affected me in financial manner - I don't recieve some additional payments, however it's ok for me to live only on my salary now.
In early September Geodis decided, that since there almost no work for Geodis personnel to do, we all can work from home.
So it is my 3rd week of sitting at home, doing almost nothing (I don't count a few hours per week of VPN sessions as real work). Still I receive my salary fully, strange feeling indeed :) Anyway I don't like it - to much free time is not so good, as it seems at the first sight.
And now the bigger problem arises - starting 1st of January I will become unemployed, so I have to search for a new work.
There is no work in Lipetsk, which will suite me. All work here is not requiring my level of experience, and also doesn't pay money, which I require.
Taking in account the Free Economical Zone project, which started in Lipetsk 1 year ago, we will have plenty of such jobs here, but later. Having access to some additional info on the project I can tell, that building of first two foreign factories will be started next summer. So there will be positions, which will satisfy me approx. in 1,5 years. Till that time there is no work opportunities in Lipetsk for me.
Actually Indesit have made a proposal to me, but of course I refused. What do they think ? Why should I accept, if I turned down their first proposal 3 years ago ? They don't understand one simple thing - I just don't like the way, they make business there.
It's hard to say, but the only way left for me is to go back to Moscow(which I promised not to do) and live there for this period of time.
There is another chance - I have made a request to Geodis, if they can put on some other project, thought it will mean for me to move to a different country, it is better, then moving to Moscow. Anyway I will receive answer in the end of September, when Main Board HR manager will return from the vacations. I really hope for this chance, cos I REALLY don't want to live in Moscow again.
Ok, enough of sad things !
Right now I'm going to take bath, and then go buy new cell phone. My beloved Philips 650, which served me for the last year is in quite poor condition now - too many beer bottles were opened using it.
Which phone I want - it's simple, it should be a flip-phone without external antenna, it should have slot for memory extension card and be able to play MP3. Looks like a simple choice, but I learned, that too many phones these days satisfy this criteria. After whole night reading reviews on the Net, I decided for Motorola RAZR V3i or Motorola V360. Still can't make a final choice. On one side V360 has EDGE and crack for it's PDS exists, so I will have access to a variety of firmware mods and it also has standard 1/8" headphones jack. On the other side V3i have a lot better camera and screen, also it looks really awesome.
Actually I hope that one of these models will be out of stock when I come. Then I will buy one which is present, and will not have any reason to accuse myself after for wrong choice :)

Well :)
It was Thursday evening, and I decided to have some beer with hyoscyamus.
After some beer, I was told, that his cousine have a marriage the next day, so he must leave for Moscow in 1,5 hours.
He told me, that it is so boring to spend 7 hours in a bus and, that he would like me to go with him to the wedding.
Why not ?
A short call to my boss:
- I am leaving for Moscow in an hour, cos my friend's cousine have a wedding there tomorrow, so I won't be able to come to work tomorrow.
- Are you shure ? Haven't you know about this before ?
- No I haven't, I just got invited.
- Well, whatever...
